To see the continued growth and development of our 'natural resource' in performance – actors & dancers  - adults and young people - both through continual and varied performance/ministry opportunities and training.

• Continuing to develop our existing adult performers in their abilities, confidence and performance experience as they continue to grow as Christian Artists. In doing so, attracting and developing new members to the Creative Arts Team in the area of drama, both 'sleepers' (those already in the church) and new members.
• Discovering and consolidating a team with a broad range of theatrical skills including, actors, directors and theatrical design.
• Exploring a range of performance genres related to drama, including dramatic reading, dance and movement, mime and others.
• To provide opportunities and encouragement for artistic development regularly through in-house or external training and performance opportunities.
• Starting to develop and consolidate the extensive group of school-aged performers and potential performers within the congregation, ideally through the establishment of a drama & dance version of the youth band. The intention would be to start out slowly with this and build the skills of the young people through workshop training and performance opportunities.
